  Dr. C. David Nicholson, B.S., Ph.D., has been the Chief R&D Officer at Allergan plc since March 17, 2015 and has been its Executive Vice President since May 9, 2017. Dr. Nicholson served as Head of Brand R&D at Allergan plc since March 17, 2015. Dr. Nicholson served as Executive Vice President of Brand R&D of Allergan plc since March 17, 2015 and served as its Senior Vice President of Actavis Global Brands R&D since August 4, 2014. Dr. Nicholson served as the Head of Research & Development at Bayer CropScience AG since March 1, 2012 until July 31, 2014. Dr. Nicholson served as the Program Vice President of CV and CNS R&D (cardiovascular and central nervous system research and development) at Organon's Oss, Netherlands.
