Brenda Royer

Biography

Brenda Royer Director Human Resources Brenda Royer, Alliance Foods’ Director of Human Resources, joined the company in 1998. Her extensive human resources experience also includes positions as Human Resource Manager at Summit Polymers in Kalamazoo, Michigan, for six years, as well as Personnel Manager at Colonial Engineering in Portage, Michigan, for eight years. Brenda is trained in Six Sigma Methodology and Root Cause Analysis, and has received management training through Kalamazoo College and Dale Carnegie. She’s been a member of the Society for Human Resource Management since 2001, and is active in the Branch Employer Community Alliance. In addition to her duties as Director of Human Resources, Brenda also acts as Secretary to the Alliance Foods Board of Directors. In her spare time, Brenda serves as Secretary and Treasurer for Michigan Outdoor Education, and is active in the Patriot Adventures Program. She is also an avid horseback rider, and loves to attend local high school football games.
