Dr. Weiqing Chen

Biography

Weiqing Chen, Ph.D., Director of Drug Metabolism, earned his doctorate degree in Biology from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas. Dr. Chen brings more than 14 years of research and industry experience in drug discovery and development. He established DMPK service capability at a leading CRO in China. While there, he developed stable business relationships with more than 100 clients in the U.S., Europe, Japan, and China. He led the DMPK effort in numerous integrated drug discovery and development programs. He also made significant contributions in designing and managing preclinical DMPK studies for regulatory filings in the U.S. and China.
