Biography
Mr. Matthew C. Diamond, also known as Matt, co-founded Alloy, Inc., in January 1996 and has been its Chief Executive Officer since January 1999 and also serves as its Treasurer. Mr. Diamond co-founded Alloy Digital, LLC in 2011 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. He served as Director of Marketing and Planning of Alloy, Inc. until January 1999. From 1991 to 1994, Mr. Diamond served variety of financial and operations posts at General Electric Company, including a two-year business development assignment in Asia. Mr. Diamond has been an Independent Director at Genesco Inc. since 2001. Mr. Diamond has been a Director of Alloy Inc. since July 1996 and serves as a Member of its Administration Committee. Mr. Diamond holds an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business in 1996 and BA in Economics/International Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1991.
