Biography
Dennis G. Kemp, Sr. received his undergraduate degree (BS) in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and master’s degree (MGA) in Financial Management from the University of Maryland University College. He obtained his Project Manager Professional certification (PMP) in 2009. Professionally he is employed by ManTech as a Project Manager. He is currently providing Project Management Office (PMO) support to the US Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Health Administration as an employee of ManTech International Inc. Previously he supported the Veterans Benefits Administration and Veterans Human Resources and Administration. Mr. Kemp has almost 20 years Federal contracting experience with a concentration in IT program/project management. He is a member of the Baltimore chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
