Ruby Mae Johnson Wallace

Biography

After spending a few years as a stay-at-home wife and mother, Ruby mae wanted to get back into the workforce. Her career path went from cosmetology to customer service before landing an Alternative Staffing field associate. After that assignment ended, we literally could not get rid of her. Ruby mae showed up at our office every day, even when there weren’t any assignments available. She watched and learned, even teaching herself how to work the computers, and fell in love with the staffing industry. Her hard work and perseverance paid off, Ruby mae has been with Alternative Staffing ever since. Working her way from receptionist to recruiter, Ruby mae was named office manager in 2010. Ruby mae is mother to three beautiful daughters, Alicia, Aaliyha and Alayisha and loves to travel and read romance novels.
