 Mr. Douglas H. Gooding serves as a Venture Partner at The Aurora Funds, Inc. Mr. Gooding works primarily with Aurora's life science portfolio, specifically in the areas of genomics, medical devices, healthcare services, and healthcare IT companies. Mr. Gooding serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of Altiris Therapeutics, Inc  He served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Regado Biosciences, Inc. He served as a Principal of Aurora Funds. He served as Director for Business Development at Paradigm Genetics, a publicly traded biotechnology company in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. Mr. Gooding served previously for four years at Incyte Pharmaceuticals in Palo Alto, California, where He served as a Manager of the cDNA Library Construction Group and managed a group of Research Associates and external client relationships
