Lisa Graver

Biography

  Ms. Graver has  over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She served as Senior Patent Counsel of Research & Development Department at Able Laboratories Inc since July 14, 2004. Ms. Graver has extensive experience in the area of pharmaceutical product patents and legal challenges under the Hatch-Waxman Act. She served as an Executive Vice President of Strategic Operations at Alvogen, Inc. Before joining Able, she served as a Director of Intellectual Property at Alpharma, Inc. where she supported legal activities relating to Paragraph IV certifications and patent challenges. Prior to Alpharma, Inc., Ms. Graver was a Legal Associate specializing in patent litigation work while at two prestigious law firms. She was a member of the US leadership team at Actavis, where she the IP group. She was in the IP litigation group at Kirkland & Ellis. She serves as Director at Association for Accessible Medicines
