Kay is the President and Founder of Alfye Well Being Strategies ( formerly known as Rite for You Corporate Wellness,) Rite for You Nutrition Center and Dietary Solutions. Alyfe Wellbeing Strategies s a corporate wellness /well being company providing services to companies of all sizes and sectors. We specialize in innovative, evidenced based wellness programs that are designed to increase employee engagement while decreasing the healthcare costs for the employer. Our nutrition center is based in Lewis Center, Ohio a suburb of Columbus where our highly accredited registered dietitians counsel clients on a variety of reasons including Diabetes Management, PCOS, food sensitivities.
