Biography

 Ms. Laurie Rodriguez serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Ambit Energy, L.P. Ms. Rodriguez is responsible for overseeing Ambit Energy’s Finance Department, including Accounting, Tax, Revenue Assurance, Planning & Analysis, Risk Management and Strategic Development. She has been an Interim Chief Financial Officer at Americatel Corporation since March 2009. Ms. Rodriguez’s responsibilities include all financial functions including billing, revenue assurance, collections, accounting, enterprise reporting, regulatory/tax compliance, and treasury at Americatel. She served as Chief Financial Officer of Matrix Telecom, Inc., from 2007 to 2011. She has over 20 years of experience as a financial executive in the telecommunications industry, with a broad background in mergers, acquisitions, integrations, transitions, bankruptcies and debt refinancing. She served as Vice President of Finance at Matrix Telecom since joining in 2005. Prior to Matrix Telecom, She held various executive and management positions with VarTec Telecom, Excel Communications, and GTE/Verizon. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Murray State University in Murray, KY and holds Certified Public Accountant and CMA certifications in the state of Texas.
