Thomas S. Astrup

Biography

 Mr. Thomas S. Astrup has been the Chief Executive Officer and President at American Crystal Sugar Company since September 2016 and March 2016 respectively. Mr. Astrup served as Vice President of Operations at American Crystal Sugar Company. Mr. Astrup served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at American Crystal Sugar Company since May 7, 2007. Mr. Astrup served as Vice President of Agriculture at American Crystal Sugar Company from February 2004 to 2007. He served as American Crystal Sugar Co.'s Vice President of Administration from December 2000 to 2004 and also served as its Corporate Controller, Assistant Treasurer and Assistant Secretary from 1999 to 2000. From 1997 to 1999, he held the position of Controller at Midwest Agri-Commodities Company. He served as Corporate Accountant at ProGold Limited Liability Company from 1994 to 1997. He also served as a Staff Accountant at Arthur Andersen, LLP. in Minneapolis. Mr. Astrup holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of North Dakota, graduating in 1991.
