Biography
Dr. Charles “Chuck” Call, an associate professor of International Peace and Conflict Resolution, focuses on post-war peacebuilding, statebuilding, democratization, human rights and police and justice reform. He has conducted field research in Central America, West Africa, the Balkans, Colombia, Haiti and Afghanistan. In 2012-14 he served as senior advisor in the State Department.
