Kimberly Cayce

Biography

Kim Cayce is an American entrepreneur, startup advisor, and executive leadership coach. She is an authority on women’s entrepreneurship, gender equality and women’s economic empowerment. Kim joined American University in 2017 as an adjunct professorial lecturer. She teaches a graduate course on supporting female entrepreneurs in Pakistan and is a frequent guest speaker on topics including business plan development, social entrepreneurship and ethical considerations in global supply chain management. While at AU, Kim has also worked extensively with the Pakistan Women Entrepreneurship Program (PWEP), a U.S. Department of State supported initiative of AU’s School of International Service (SIS) and the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), to build the capacity of women entrepreneurs in Pakistan to create, sustain, and scale their businesses. The PWEP program reflects the mission of the U.S.-Pakistan Women’s Council to increase women’s economic participation in Pakistan through entrepreneurship, employment, and higher education.
