Biography
Patrick Woodson is Chairman for the wind business in North America for E. ON. Previously, Woodson held the title of Chief Executive Officer and was responsible for all development, construction and operations activities. The company now operates 19 wind facilities in the U.S. totaling more than 2,900 megawatts. Woodson also oversees the energy services business for E. ON started in 2015. He has held positions as COO, Chief Development Officer and VP of Development. Woodson was a co-founder of Renewable Generation, a project development company which sold its interests to Airtricity and was later acquired by E. On. The Renewable Generation assets served as the primary pipeline which E. ON operates today. Woodson has been involved in the wind business since the mid 1990s. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.
