Biography
I am happy to say that we have created a company with an environment that cultivates success. We have had the foresight to hire talented people and have them be attracted to the company, rather than being grabbed and tackled into a position here at Americhem. “Quality people don’t get attracted to a company unless there is an environment that is fertile for growth and fun to work for. That said, the more people working in an organization the more challenging it becomes, because of the different personality types involved. The environment that we have created deals with this perhaps better than any I have ever seen in our market place. As for the future, I’m embracing the fact that we are going to continue to grow because of the mentality we have fostered to not be afraid of change. We will continue to dive into change, understand it, and figure out how to solve the problems change creates. Things are going to continue to change at an increasing rate. Companies that accept change too slowly, or not at all, will be hurt or vanish altogether. Another important aspect of Americhem success is our training efforts.Through our onsite survey process, hands on approach and seminar series. All these offerings and educational programs have been a big hit and our customers have been raving about us. The attendance at our events ranged from 45 to 170 people and It has created a lot of creditability for the company. These are a few reasons why I created a new slogan ""A Sincere Desire To Serve Our Customers"
