Biography
Lori Henderson, who joined AMRI in 2011, is responsible for leading all AMRI’s legal, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate affairs activities for the company’s locations worldwide, including the U.S., Europe and Asia. During her career, she served as general counsel, corporate secretary and chief administrative officer for Rand Worldwide and also for Moldflow Corporation. She also served as corporate counsel and clerk at CP Clare Corporation and was an associate at Goodwin Procter LLP. Ms. Henderson holds a bachelor’s degree from Gordon College and a J.D. from George Washington University.
