Biography
Milton Boyer brings more than 25 years of experience in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry with increasing responsibility in technical, commercial and executive roles. He joined AMRI in 2014 upon the acquisition of Oso BioPharmaceuticals, where he served as president and CEO and as a member of the board of directors. For the past 18 years, his assignments have focused on contract manufacturing for pharmaceuticals and biopharmaceuticals, developing experience and expertise for both drug substance and drug product. Active in trade groups and educational institutions that support the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry, Mr. Boyer serves on the external advisory board for the University of New Mexico’s chemistry and biology department. He has also served on the board of directors of the Drug, Chemical & Allied Trades Association (DCAT) and is now on the executive committee as vice president and treasurer. A member of other professional organizations, including the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists, the Parenteral Drug Association and the Society of Chemical Manufacturers and Affiliates, Mr. Boyer has a bachelor’s in chemistry/physics and a master’s in biochemistry.
