Sam Shlomo Elimelech

Biography

Mr. Sam Shlomo Elimelech serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Andain Inc. and has been its Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary since November 30, 2013. Mr. Elimelech has executive and multidisciplinary technical experience. He founded and led several hi-tech companies in the communication field. During the period of 1982 to 2000, he had an extensive executive, management and technical experience in telecommunications. Since July 2002, he has been an Investment Manager of Pangea Investments GmbH's office in Israel. He served as an Investment Manager in Pangea's subsidiary, Enterprise Capital AG from July 2003 to September 2005. From January 2000 to June 2002, Mr. Elimelech served as Chief Executive Officer of Impact Active Team providing executive consulting for Impact Active Team's turn-around process up to an IPO. He serves as an Executive Director of Andain Inc. He served as a Director of Impact Active Team from January 2000 to June 2002.
