Biography
Mr. Galante served as Senior Vice President and a member of the Management Committee of ExxonMobil Corporation from 2001 until his retirement in 2006. Prior to that, he held various management positions of increasing responsibility during his more than 30 years with ExxonMobil Corporation, including serving as Executive Vice President of ExxonMobil Chemical Company from 1999 to 2001. Mr. Galante serves on the Boards of the United Way Foundation of Metropolitan Dallas and the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, and is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Northeastern University. He is currently a member of the board of directors for Celanese Corporation, Clean Harbors, Inc., Praxair, Inc., and is a former director of Foster Wheeler.
