Mike Mcguire

Biography

As president of Andrews Distributing, Mike serves the team by communicating its purpose, vision and values and is responsible for working with the organization on delivering service excellence for their customers. Andrews’ purpose is brand building, in the greater service of thriving team members and stakeholders. The team lives by the core values set out in the company’s value wheel. Andrews is one of the nation’s leading beer distributors serving over 10,000 retail customers with a portfolio of more than 700 brands from 42 brewing partners. The Andrews team is comprised of 1,600 team members that are passionate about brand building. Mike has served as president of Andrews since 2010 and has served on MillerCoors and Heineken’s national distributor councils. Prior to joining Andrews, Mike spent 16 years in high-tech sales and marketing leadership roles. Mike is an active board member of the Wholesale Beer Distributors of Texas as well as the National Beer Wholesalers Association. Mike serves on the Highland Park United Methodist Church Pastor Parish Relations Committee and on the advisory board of the S.M. Wright Foundation. Mike also serves on the Baylor Scott and White Hospital Advisory Board. Mike earned an MBA from the Cox School of Business at SMU and a Management Degree from Boston College. He and his wife Natalie are the loving parents of two daughters.
