Peter T. Young

Biography

    One of the company’s founders, Peter has been with Apex since its inception in 1988. By instilling a service‐oriented, cost‐conscious philosophy, he ensures our clients receive the highest caliber of services in the most cost‐effective manner. As Chairman, his oversight and strategic vision spurs Apex to seek new ways to deliver more value to our clients. Prior to Apex, Peter was Vice President and CFO of Biospherics, Inc., a Maryland‐based diversified public company. He earned a BS in Accounting from the University of Virginia in 1979 and an MBA from Loyola College in 1986. He and his wife Debbie have been married over 30 years and have raised four sons. In his free time, Peter enjoys playing golf with friends and family and has tested his talent at some of the leading courses within Scotland and Ireland.
