"Dr. Carol Pollard is currently working as a Associate Professor in the Department of Department of CIS & Supply Chain Management, Appalachian State University , USA . His research interests includes IT service management, servitization of IT curricula, business process management, integration of IT development and operations and business-IT strategic alignment, including IT governance. . He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Carol Pollard is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He /she has authored of many research articles/books related to IT service management, servitization of IT curricula, business process management, integration of IT development and operations and business-IT strategic alignment, including IT governance. .
