Paul M. Stelzer

Biography

Paul Stelzer oversees all functions of Appleton Corporation, and is responsible for the successful management and strategic direction of the company. Mr. Stelzer’s almost 40 years of industry experience includes the financing, acquisition, development and management of commercial, multi-family, retail, and special use properties for both The O’Connell Properties portfolio and other property owners across New England. Mr. Stelzer directs a staff of 130 employees and the company is currently responsible for two million square feet of real estate assets, which includes the Springfield Technology Park. Mr. Stelzer has served as a board member and chair for various local and regional committees, and is currently vice chair of the Elms College Board of Trustees; a member of the Regional Employment Board of Directors, and Springfield Business Leaders for Education. Mr. Stelzer holds an MBA from New Hampshire College and Bachelor’s Degree from the University of New Hampshire.
