Jan Bouten

Biography

    Mr. Jan Bouten has been the Chief Financial Officer at Arcadis US, Inc. since April 1, 2016. Mr. Bouten served as the Chief Financial Officer and Director at Philips Lumileds Lighting Company LLC. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Philips Intellectual Property & Standards BV. At Philips, he served as Financial Controller within the Multi Market Semiconductor Business Unit from 1994 to 1997, within the Foundry Business Unit, both in the Netherlands and United States from 1998 to 2002 and within the Connected Multimedia Solutions Business Unit from 2003 to 2004. Prior to his appointment with Philips Lumileds, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Intellectual Property and Standards Business Group within Philips Electronics. He has more than 25 years of experience, including five years as an industrial engineer and 20 years as Financial Controller and Chief Financial Officer for global high-tech and engineering companies.
