Connie Moore

Biography

                 Connie Moore is Vice President, Human Resources, responsible for driving Arcata Associates, Inc. talent, organizational effectiveness and communications across all contracts. She brings more than 15 years of human resources operations experience to Arcata.  Connie previously spent 7 years at Aristocrat Technologies, Inc., as Vice President of Human Resources and she also spent 7 years at Emerson Network Power, as Senior Human Resources Manager where she was involved in integrating company cultures after several U.S. acquisitions. Connie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Labor Relations from Cleveland State University.   She is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Society of Human Resources Management.
