Biography
Aaron Hale is Co-Founder and Executive Director of Arizona’s highest ranked, K-8 educational provider, Legacy Traditional Schools. Founded in 2007, Legacy is one of Arizona’s fastest growing charter-school networks, having opened, on average, a new campus each year for the past decade. Now, with 12 schools, over 12,000 students and 900 employees, Legacy is expanding nationwide -- looking at Texas, Nevada, Colorado and other potential markets. Today, Mr. Hale’s efforts are focused on managing Legacy’s multimillion dollar capital improvement projects and offering his team’s collective expertise to fellow charter school operators wanting to acquire or build facilities. Provestus Development Solutions provides the expertise, “He wishes would have been available to him ten years ago,” during the early years of Legacy’s growth. The Provestus Development team helps charter school applicants and operators acquire and build facilities that will serve students -- and provide real solutions for a charter organization’s foundational or expansion needs. Mr. Hale earned two undergraduate degrees and two graduate degrees from Arizona State University’s WP Carey School of Business. Raising a family with his wife, Becky, and their eight children is his personal focus as they make their home in Chandler, Arizona.
