Biography
Business Career:Ms. Hayden began her career working in her father’s Farmers Insurance agency while in high school. She joined Farmers Insurance Group in 1983 as a Sales Management Trainee in the Los Angeles Regional Office and was promoted to Sales Administration Manager. In 1985, she moved back to Arizona and worked in the financial services industry for five years until returning to Farmers Insurance as a Claims Representative in 1990. Ms. Hayden was promoted to her current position in Government and Industry Affairs in 1991, where she has been a registered lobbyist active at the state capitol, liaison to applicable state agencies and responsible for all aspects of Farmers PAC.

Education: Ms. Hayden has a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University with a major in Insurance.
