Biography
Brian T. Simmons has been Vice President of Finance- Americas at ArthroCare Corporation since February 2007. Mr. Simmons served as Chief Accounting Officer of ArthroCare Corporation from December 2008 to May 2010 and Vice President of Finance since February 2007. He joined ArthroCare from GE Security, Inc., a business unit of General Electric Company. He joined G.E. Security in 2003 as Assistant Controller and served as Vice President and Controller from 2004 to 2007. Prior to GE Security, Mr. Simmons held various audit positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 1998 to 2003. Mr. Simmons is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds a B.S. in Business Administration and a M.S. in Accounting from Trinity University.
