Biography
Dr Rao has a Masters in biochemistry from Rutgers University and a Ph.D. in Psychology, with a special interest in Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM). She has worked in research at FMC in NJ and at Collagen Corporation and CollOptics, Inc. in Palo Alto, CA. She is dedicated to Integrative Medicine and among other organizations, chairs the Healing Arts Committee at Good Samaritan Hospital, San Jose, CA; with a focus on CAM therapies for chronic disorders and cancer care. Dr Rao holds 6 US patents.
