Biography
Mr. Kigin joined Ascent Solar in 2015 as the Sr. Director of Worldwide Sales & Business Development, bringing over 30 years of experience in Sales, Business Development and Operations in the High-Tech Manufacturing and Professional services sectors. Prior to joining Ascent in 2015 Mr. Kigin served in Sales & Business Development leadership capacities for Fortune 100 companies such as Oracle, Seagate, and Northrop-Grumman, and with prominent high-tech startups Exabyte, Innoprise Software, Stratom and Micro Research Industries. Known for instilling innovative cultures for driving revenue, market expansion, and enhancing operational competitiveness, he brings extensive experience in the Commercial, Public Sector, Retail, OEM and International Sectors. Mr. Kigin holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from James Madison University (VA) and an MBA in Operations Management from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
