Biography
Managing Broker Susan Melton is a leader in the residential property management field. Susan has earned both the RMP® and the MPM® (Master Property Manager) designation by NARPM®. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Denver NARPM® Chapter since 1995 in various positions. She was the 2007 Denver NARPM® Chapter President, the 2015 Denver NARPM® Chapter President Elect and the 2016 Denver NARPM® Chapter President. She served as the 2009-2010 chair of the national NARPM® Professional Development Committee and was awarded the prestigious 2009 Volunteer of the Year Award from NARPM®. As a result of her involvement in NARPM® Susan was asked by the Colorado Division of Housing to serve on the Warranty of Habitability Task Force. Susan is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker and member in good standing of the Denver Metro Board of Realtors. When she isn’t working, she enjoys golf, skiing, hiking and spending time with her husband and family.
