David Savitsky

Biography

 Mr. David Savitsky serves as Chief Executive Officer, Secretary and Director of ATC Healthcare, Inc. Mr. Savitsky founded All Care Nursing Services Inc. in 1982 and also its subsidiary ATC Healthcare Inc. Mr. Savitsky serves as a Member of the Executive Board of American Association for Homecare. He served as Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Executive Board of American Association for Homecare. He served as the President of ATC Healthcare Inc. and ATC Healthcare Services Inc. from December 1998 to November 2002. He also served as an Executive Vice President from December 1987 to November 1998 and as the Chief Operating Officer from April 1991 to November 1998. Mr. Savitsky served as a Secretary and a Treasurer of Staff Builders Inc. since 1983 and the President since December 1, 1998. He co-founded Tender Loving Care's in 1978 and served as its Secretary and as a Treasurer from 1978 to 2001 and as the President of TLC from 1998 to 1999, the Chief Operating Officer from 1991 to 1998 and as an Executive Vice President from 1987 to November 1998. Mr. Savitsky served as a Vice Chairman of Government Relations at TLC Health Care Services, Inc. from October 1999 to October 28, 2002. He has been a Director of ATC Healthcare Services Inc. since 1983. He served as a Director of TLC from 1978 to 2001. He served as a Director of TLC Health Care Services, Inc. from October 1999 to November 2001. He served as a Director of Staff Builders Inc. since 1983. He also chaired the Home Health Services & Staffing Association (HHSSA) from 1994 to 2000. Mr. Savitsky holds a Bachelor Degree in History from Yeshiva University
