Brian R. Wenzel

Biography

    Mr. Brian R. Wenzel serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Atwell, LLC and Atwell-Hicks, Inc. Mr. Wenzel joined Atwell-Hicks in 1995 and led its organizational transition to a market-sector structure centered on private-sector development consulting. He serves as a member of the National Homebuilders Association, International Council of Shopping Centers, American Society of Engineers and Urban Land Institute. He was voted a 40 under 40 professional by Crain’s Detroit Business in 2002. He is a licensed professional engineer in five states. Mr. Wenzel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.
