Sherilyn S. Mccoy

Biography

 Ms. Sherilyn S. McCoy, also known as Sheri, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Avon Products, Inc. since April 23, 2012. Ms. McCoy served as Worldwide Chairman of Pharmaceuticals Group of Johnson & Johnson from January 1, 2009 to April 18, 2012 and also served as its Worldwide Chairman of Surgical Care from January 2008 to January 1, 2009. She served as the Global President for the Baby and Wound Care franchise within Johnson & Johnson Consumer Companies, Inc. and also served as Group Chair in its Medical Devices & Diagnostics group since 2005. She began her 25 years Johnson & Johnson career as an Associate Scientist in Research & Development for Personal Products Company. Ms. McCoy served as Group Chairman of Johnson & Johnson Company. She has been a Director of Avon Products, Inc. since May 2012. She serves as a Director of The Partnership for New York City, Inc. She serves as a Director of Johnson & Johnson Company. Ms. McCoy has been a Director of United States Foundation for Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology since February 2007. She holds four U.S. patents. Ms. McCoy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Textile Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth and a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University and an MBA from Rutgers University.
