Biography
As chief executive officer of Baptist Hospital, Bo Boulenger leads an organization that generates net revenues in excess of $1 billion. With a team of 5,000 employees, 1,400 physicians and 500 volunteers, he has directed the hospital’s climb into the top 10 percent of hospitals in the nation for both patient satisfaction and quality. The 728-bed hospital is home to the fourth busiest Emergency Center in the southeast, as well as the world-renowned Miami Cardiac & Vascular Institute, a Baptist Center of Excellence in Neuroscience, and Baptist Children’s Hospital. Baptist Hospital is part of Baptist Health South Florida, the largest faith-based, not-for-profit healthcare organization in the region.
