Biography
Professor Dennis Cichon is a visiting professor at Barry University School of Law during the 2015-16 academic year. Professor Cichon has been associated with legal education for over thirty years. He has served as Professor of Law at the Western Michigan University Thomas Cooley Law School and the University of South Dakota School of Law. In addition, he has been a visiting professor at the Ohio State College of Law and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He has also taught at Monash University in Australia and Canterbury University in New Zealand. Professor Cichon has taught several different courses but has focused on the areas of Commercial Law and Disabilities Law. He considers himself fortunate to be in a profession that he so thoroughly enjoys. Professor Cichon is excited to be part of the Barry community with its focus on social justice.
