Biography
Sean Buckreis joined the faculty of the Adrian Dominican School of Education in the Fall of 2012. He has taught at the primary and secondary level in public schools in both Japan and the United States and routinely teaches in graduate courses and mentors teachers in Central America, the Caribbean, and Asia. Dr. Buckreis’ fields of inquiry are teacher education, mathematics education, and curriculum theory. His conceptual influences include philosophy (especially post-structuralism, postmodernism, and pragmatism), complexity science, and historiography.
