Erica Wasson

Biography

    Erica Wasson joined BASi® with more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources, focused primarily in the manufacturing industry. Prior to BASi®, Erica was with Plymouth Tube Company. Her career spans the full range of human resource management, including labor relations, safety and workers’ compensation, employee development, organizational planning, recruitment, compensation, and benefits. She serves all levels of the organization to ensure the health and welfare of employees and ensures Human Resources contribute to an efficient business model. Erica earned a Bachelor’s in Management from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management and a Certificate in Advanced Leadership and Coaching from the John Maxwell Team.
