Biography
Ellen K. McIntosh is senior vice president and corporate secretary. McIntosh joined Baxter in 2015 as associate general counsel. Previously she served as a partner at Kirkland and Ellis LLP and in associate roles at both Kirkland and Ellis and at Sidley Austin LLP. She also was a management consultant for several years at Accenture. McIntosh received her juris doctorate from Harvard Law School, and a bachelor of science degree in mathematics from Clemson University.
