Roland Croteau

Biography

Roland Croteau received a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth. He then began a journey of hard-work and determination, gaining career positions with increasing levels of responsibility in software/hardware engineering and business management. At one time, he directed an engineering organization of over 100 engineers, spanning two countries. With over 30 years of product development experience, primarily in the data communications and medical device industries, Roland has been an invaluable member of the management team at BCA. He has managed the customer-business interface, developed project proposals, guided our engineering teams’ performance and scheduling, and provided necessary technical direction. He has also managed many client projects which have been successfully CE marked and FDA approved.
