Research Interest
My research focuses on using mathematical, computational and bioinformatics techniques to study pathogens that cause diseases in humans and animals. I seek to understand and explain how these pathogens can cause infections that progress slowly or rapidly depending upon conditions. It is intriguing to understand how the bacteria such as mycobacterial pathogens can enter and exit different states to cause different disease manifestations
