Biography
Jerold Waltman is currently working as a Professor of Political Science at Baylor university. He has completed his B.A., Louisiana Tech University & M.A., University of Denver & Ph.D., Indiana University. Jerold Waltman taught at Louisiana College and the University of Southern Mississippi before coming to Baylor. His past research has ranged over tax policy, minimum wage policy, and American and comparative constitutional law. Currently, he is writing on a book on comparative constitutional law. He has taught in the United Kingdom on a number of occasions, and enjoys traveling there regularly. In his spare time, he likes to pursue hiking, fishing, and baseball (watching). He had publications in many national and international journals.
