Biography
W. David Clinton is currently working as a Department Chair and Professor of Political Science at Baylor University. He has completed his B.A., Louisiana State University, M.A., University of Virginia & Ph.D., University of Virginia. David Clinton studies international relations theory, American foreign policy, the art and practice of diplomacy, and ethics and international relations. He had publications in many national and international journals.
