Biography
Member of the Board since September 2012, Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee and member of the Nominations Committee. Mr Hounsell is an independent Director and is an Australian resident. He is currently Chairman of Spotless Group Holdings Limited (since February 2017, and a director since March 2014) and Helloworld Limited (since October 2016). Mr Hounsell is also a director of Dulux Group Limited (since July 2010 and where he also serves as Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee) and a director of the Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation Limited (since July 2016). Mr Hounsell is a former Chairman of PanAust Limited (from July 2008 to August 2015) and former director of Qantas Airways Limited (from January 2005 to February 2015) and Integral Diagnostics Limited (from October 2015 to March 2017), and has held senior positions at both Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen.
