Riley P. Bechtel

Biography

 Mr. Riley P. Bechtel serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Bechtel Corporation. Mr. Bechtel serves as the Chairman of Bechtel Corporation and served as its Chief Executive Officer from 1996 to February 3, 2014. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Bechtel National, Inc. and Bechtel Enterprises Holdings, Inc. since January 1996. He served as the Managing Director of Bechtel Limited. He served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Bechtel Group, Inc. from 1989 to 1990 and served as its Executive Vice President since August 1987. Mr. Bechtel serves as the Chairman of Bechtel Corporation, Bechtel National, Inc., Bechtel Enterprises Holdings, Inc., Bechtel Equipment Operations, Inc. and Bechtel Construction Operations Incorporated. He served as Chairman of Bechtel Group, Inc. until April 2017 and serves as its Director. Mr. Bechtel serves as a Director of Fremont Group. He serves as a Member of Governing Board of Indian School of Business. He served as a Director of Theranos, Inc. from March 2014 to December 2, 2016. He served as Director of J.P. Morgan & Co. Inc. and JPMorgan Chase & Co. since 1995. He served as a Director of Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York. Mr. Bechtel holds a combined JD/ Masters of Business Administration degree from Stanford University's School of Law and Graduate School of Business and holds bachelors in psychology and Political Science from University of California, Davis.
