She is an accomplished Senior Formulation Chemist with over 18 years of experience in formulating cosmetic products. With her expertise in the Industry, Jo knows what it takes to bring your product from conception to execution, including the quality and stability testing requirements that need to be met. During her time with Bell, she has created countless formulas to that have brought significant innovations in the Health and Beauty Industry. Jo has designed formulations for numerous clients that have received both national and international awards, including the Global Beauty Award and the Best Sunscreen for Face Award.
