Biography
Mr. Nims has over 30 years of structural, transportation, and civil engineering and project management experience leading complex projects including most recently, overseeing the design of the historic Flight of Five Lock reconstruction. As a member of Bergmann’s leadership team Don serves a dual role as Sr. Project Manager in the Civil Works Group as well as the Director of Quality Assurance. It is worth noting Mr. Nims’ service to the profession as President of the New York State Society of Professional Engineers as well as other local not-for-profit organizations. Mr. Nims received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University.
