Robert Switala

Biography

Mr. Switala has over 13 years of experience in civil/site engineering and holds a BS degree in Civil and Architectural Engineering from Drexel University. Robert was responsible for the formation of the Energy Supply Group at Bergmann Associates and currently serves as the Business Segment Manager. He is a registered Professional Engineer in 11 states including most states with active Shale Plays. Robert also holds a dual national certification in Storm Water Quality (CPSWQ) and Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC). He is the client manager for several major Midstream and E&P Companies currently operating within the Marcellus and Utica Shale Formations. Mr. Switala currently serves on several committees and workgroups for the Marcellus Shale Coalition and was a co-author of the Pipeline Right-of-Way Restoration Best Practices document for the Coalition. Robert also oversees the Horseheads, NY office and also lives in Horseheads, NY with his wife Kelly, and his son Luke and daughter Braelyn. Robert and his wife currently serve at their church as leaders of the Family Ministry team and Robert enjoys coaching his kids sports teams.
