Biography
Dr. Zimetbaum is Associate Chief and Director of Clinical Cardiology, and Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. An electrophysiologist, he provides care for arrhythmias at the CVI in Boston and at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Milton. Dr. Zimetbaum also directs the ECG and Arrhythmia Core Laboratory at the Harvard Clinical Research Institute. His clinical and research interests include new drug therapy for arrhythmias as well as health services research. He authored the well-received textbook, Practical Clinical Electrophysiology.
