Phillip E. Hess, M.D., is an Associate Professor of Anesthesia; Associate Professor of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Biology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. He went to medical school at University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and completed his anesthesia residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, with a fellowship in anesthesiology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center
